Le Ancore Residence

In front of La Praia beach and in the splendid scenery of the Florio Plant, the brand new "Le Ancore" Residence is born. The name precisely derives from the anchors of the ancient tonnara of Favignana, which has always been placed right in the beach in front of the residence (still today it is possible to admire them).

Simple and refined elegance. All the apartments, with internal environments reflecting a functional design of the living space, have been furnished with light tones that enhance their natural brightness.

The realization of the project is the fruit of a careful research work aimed at preserving the island's style identity, while combining the comfort and the current trends of interior design.

The protagonists are the external environments:

• THE COURT: A play of volumes, full and empty, shapes the space at the entrance of the building almost as if to reproduce the innumerable tufo holes that characterize the island. A place to share and relax at any time of the day.
• TERRACE: an oasis of outdoor relaxation where you can relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful scenery on the island. The terrace is furnished with sofas and a chaise longue to comfortably sip a drink or simply sunbathe.
